WTF? (and you won't hear those words from me very often, but....) I am sorry but I find it even difficult to comment further on this...
When you cut things out, be a little more precise and then soften things just a bit, the edge that is...to make it look like it belongs there. The resolution between the background and the images is different and therefore looks pasted.
The timing on the animation is off, if you want equal feeling of both images, they need equal time...ok I am stopping now...

sigh!!!

This sucks. I think it is a very rushed job and you could have done MUCH more with it.
